Our logistics team is currently working on exciting projects that will take the logistics processes, automation and IT within the company to a new level. We are looking for an experienced person to support the team operationally, bring in innovative ideas and achieve the next big milestones together with us.

Your mission

* __Responsibility:__ Take over the prioritization and implementation of IT projects in the logistics area - from the first requirement to the successful Go-Live
* __Execution:__ Actively drive initiatives forward, coordinate the necessary steps and take ownership of progress through to successful implementation
* __Logistics expertise:__ As part of the logistics specialist department, you work on improving our logistics processes, automation and IT solutions. You understand operational needs and translate them into actionable solutions
* __Communication:__ Connect the logistics perspective with IT development and actively contribute to the daily delivery process, including stand-ups, sprint planning and refinements
* __Backlog management:__ Keep the IT-backlog up-to-date and prioritized, and strategically plan the order of project implementation
* __Risk management:__ Identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints early, take action to address them together with the relevant stakeholders and keep delivery on track

Your profile

* __Academic background__: Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
* __Expertise__: Several years of professional experience as a product owner, project manager or in a similar position, ideally in logistics or e-commerce
* __Technical affinity:__ Strong experience in collaborating with development teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
* __Tool know-how__: Solid knowledge of the Atlassian universe (Jira, Confluence) and agile methods such as Scrum
* __Teamwork__: Excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative
* __Language skills__: Fluency in English and proficiency in German
