Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive operational excellence across the Netherlands and Belgium by serving as a trusted advisor to our regional leaders and employees. You’ll play a key part in fostering a supportive work environment through expert employee relations coaching and seamless HR management, helping our cross-functional teams collaborate effectively across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

- Manage end-to-end HR administration: Ensure service excellence and full legal compliance across the Netherlands and Belgium, including employment certificates, social funds, and official documentation.
- Partner with and coach people leaders: Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and best practices within a complex matrixed environment.
- Drive local execution of HR initiatives: Lead local implementation of HR projects, change management strategies, and learning and development activities.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and root cause analysis: Build strong internal stakeholder partnerships to identify and address organizational challenges.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

- Substantial and progressive experience in Human Resources with demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws in the Netherlands and Belgium, including specific experience with social, pension, and health fund reporting.
- Proven ability in conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and organizational root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and absolute fluency in both written and verbal English and Dutch.
