The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to support our production facility in Orlando, FL. This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain and will support all products and programs at this facility.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure optimization of materials management activities including scheduling, purchasing, contract manufacturing, inventory planning, warehousing, supplier performance and indirect materials management. Expedite material to ensure on time deliveries to maintain production and program schedules.
- Direct all supply chain activities to ensure that products are on time with consistent quality. Organize activities prioritize work accordingly to the business requirements.
- Provide SME and oversight of warehouse and inventory management, transportation, packaging and handling.
- Participate and drive Program Performance Reviews, Supply Chain Risk & Opportunity Reviews, Product Engineering Reviews and Bid and Proposal activity.
- Drive compliance to Supply Chain related policies and procedures
- Overall ownership of site supplier performance, critical supplier management, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy strategy and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
- Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, and quality.  Facilitate reviews to evaluate performance, drive RCCA’s and identify/implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the Supply Chain strategy is aligned with site priorities. Actively communicate with and constructively work across various departments and program teams to achieve required goals.
- Mentor and train staff members and promote team environment through coaching, performance management, career development, and allocation and prioritization of work.
- Establish strong partnerships with vendors/suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of manufacturing products for improved performance metrics. Play an active role in negotiations with key suppliers and manufacturing partners to secure critical components in the supply chain.
- Plan, organize, and conduct the annual physical inventory and reconcile results to ensure compliance with financial reporting and government property regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
- 12+ years Sourcing, Purchasing, and Materials Management experience in a high mix, low to medium volume manufacturing environment. MRP experience is required.
- Understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing, process improvement, logistics, quality control, and costing.  Ability to drive and deliver operational excellence.
- Strong supplier management, financial, contracting, sourcing and negotiating experience along with prior project management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100, CMMI, and strong understanding of MMAS.
- Proven track record of team leadership, staff mentoring, cross functional relationship building, and continual improvement.  A strong leader with demonstrated project management, critical thinking skills; will be directly accountable for ensuring overall Supply Chain objectives are met for the business unit.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Routinely engages in independent thought and judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria
- Self-starter and a team player. Strong organizational skills.  Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Understanding of government regulations (i.e.: FAR / DFARS, ITAR / EAR, TINA, etc.).
- U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$81,600 - $179,600
