About this role
Context and Purpose
The Operational Service Fulfillment Kit Planner plays a critical role in ASML’s service organization. They ensure customer availability of spare part and tool kits by panning and executing work orders for service spare kits per upgrade and install schedules, and forecast for maintenance and repair of customer machines world-wide.
Responsibilities
Work Order Management
Maintain Material Requirement Planning data for service spare kits to meet customer contracted commitments.
Release orders and monitor kit execution. Support material handlers as needed to ensure quality execution.
Work with cross-sector stakeholders to resolve shortages and gating issues preventing plan execution.
Root Cause Analysis and Issue Resolution
Identify and track root causes of missed KPI targets
Focus on structural issues and address problems at the root for long term solutions.
Contribute to preventing issues by proactive risk analysis, highlighting potential risks, and implementation of preventative measures.
Makes high quality decisions based on what is best for ASML and our customers.
Stakeholder Management
Actively maintain relationships with cross-sector stake holders.
Professionally manage conflict and escalations while maintaining strong positive relationships.
Convince and motivate stakeholders to implement improvements and manage risk.
Reporting
Prepare weekly report out for critical service kits.
Prepare weekly report out, D&S charts, and slides for escalated service kits.
Professionally report status of supply, root cause, containment, and structural improvements for critical and escalated kits.
Support cross-sector escalation owners as need.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience in Operational Planning, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or equivalent working and thinking level.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in SAP preferred.
Candidate must demonstrate strong soft skills, including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, agile learning, organization, and priority management
Additional Responsibilities: There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan.
