Job Title - Onsite Operations Coordinator

What are we looking for?

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the inspectors to dispatch jobs and approve accounting figures with terminal operators, so the successful candidate must be proficient in math. This position may also, occasionally, require picking up customer samples in the geographic area, so a valid and current driers license with a reliable driving record is minimum requirement.

Shift/Schedule: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday with occasional on call weekends

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $70,000 – 75,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you’ll do:

- Dispatch jobs for the inspectors
- Enter job orders and update the job order board
- Confirm jobs with terminal personnel
- Keep track of inspector equipment

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

- High School Graduate
- Math Skills
- Some knowledge of the oil industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer Skills and knowledge of inspection related business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required
- This is a remote position; however, applicants must reside, and be able to legally work, in the United States

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

- High School Grad
- Terminal – seaman – first officer experience preferred
