About this role
The Operations Support Associate is responsible for assisting staff located in a Kerecis office with various projects and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include conducting and managing projects, corresponding with key stakeholders, scheduling meetings, maintaining data, creating and distributing reports. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the sales team and other managers to organize educational and training events. The Support Associate also manages budgets and contracts.
The Operations Support Associate works primarily in the corporate office with some travel and reports to the Medical Affairs Operations Manager.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Facilitate educational events for physicians and training events
- Run performance reports after training and educational events
- Book venues, create invitation cards for events, collect sign-in sheets from events
- Assemble and review presentations, reports and documents
- Assist with report creation for leadership meetings
- Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine significance and plan distribution
- Track costs to ensure adherence to department budgets
- Submit payment requests and follow up on timely payments
- Enter and maintain data
- Perform general administrative duties, such as sorting incoming correspondence and ordering supplies

Basic Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills reflecting on ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
- Attention to detail
- Ability to turn data into graphs
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English with excellent writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Affairs preferred
- Experience interacting with medical doctors preferred
