About this role

Job Requirements

This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations in our New England and New Hampshire region. This position plays a key role in driving financial performance and supporting our regional leadership team in achieving business objectives.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $125,839-$167,784 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Seven (7) to Ten(10) years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting leadership required.
- Experience within construction, building technologies, energy services, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial accounting systems required.
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, or related accounting technology required.
- Experience supporting financial system implementations, integrations, or process improvements preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FP&A/analytical and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of consolidated financial reporting, financial close, intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and accrual accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting practices and controls within multi-entity organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate accounting processes and implement improvements that strengthen accuracy, controls, efficiency, and scalability.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license.
