Join our team of Relationship Managers and become part of an impactful and dynamic environment. Our team plays a central role at Raisin, responsible for fostering partnerships with our platforms’ partner banks.
As a Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving Raisin's growth across Europe and the UK. Your primary mission is to cultivate and oversee daily interactions with Raisin's partner banks, and to lead or support managing key accounts. Beyond that, you'll spearhead the launch of new products, integration of new banks into Raisin's and our B2B partners' marketplaces, and improving their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and the growth of the banks’ assets under management and ultimately the Raisin platform.
With our far-reaching impact and diverse stakeholders, we have a comprehensive view of platform-wide evolutions, and others depend on your ability to communicate these changes and their broader implications. We are ultimately accountable for owning and managing our partner banks, taking direct responsibility for the performance and reporting of those partners and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.
To excel in this role, you should be adept at managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. We’re a high growth fintech business, so the ability to work on multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects concurrently is key.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership: Own day-to-day executive relationships and portfolio performance across assigned partner banks in the UK and Europe.
- Portfolio & AUM Growth: Identify expansion opportunities to increase platform Assets Under Management (AUM), working cross-functionally with marketing, liquidity, and platform teams to execute joint deposit growth campaigns.
- Integration & Technical Oversight: Partner with internal Solutions Engineering, Product, and Integration teams to oversee seamless technical onboarding, API upgrades, and platform scalability for partner banks.
- Commercial Operations & Forecasting: Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, portfolio health metrics, and pipeline updates to internal leadership using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the glue between partner banks and internal Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless regulatory and operational handoffs.
- Product & Market Expansions: Lead special initiatives, including cross-border expansions, new savings/investment product launches, and B2B marketplace integrations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of work experience managing complex B2B relationships within financial services, banking or high-growth scale up environments
- Commercial acumen: Experience negotiating, structuring, and closing commercial deals is a strong advantage
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset: You take a highly autonomous approach to problem-solving and can remain hands-on in fast paced environment
- Advanced project management skills: Moving beyond basic organization, you have a proven ability to juggle multiple strategic workstreams and internal / external stakeholders concurrently
- Continuous learner: You have a constant desire to grow and adapt (which we actively support through our generous training budget)
