Job Summary
Responsible for developing and supporting reporting, analytics, and data solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms. Primarily focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining reporting solutions and datasets, while also supporting data pipelines, integration, and data platforms. Ensures data is reliable, governed, and available in a ready-to-use format for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases. Translates business requirements into scalable reporting and data engineering solutions, including data modeling, connectivity, and production support
Essential Job Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Support preparation and transformation of structured and unstructured data for analytics, natural language processing, and AI-driven use cases.
- Collaborate with business, reporting, and analytics teams to understand requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support preparation and transformation of structured and unstructured data for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into enterprise platforms such as Snowflake or Lakehouse environments.
- Configure and support data connectivity including gateways, service accounts, and secure access to data platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data issues such as refresh failures, data discrepancies, and connectivity problems to ensure reliability.
- Apply performance optimization techniques across reports, datasets, and data pipelines to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards, including access management and standardized processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support delivery of reporting and data initiatives within defined timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, datasets, data pipelines, and support processes.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure accuracy for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML consumption.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
## Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as Data Engineers or equivalent
- Strong experience working with PowerBI (Power Query and DAX)
- Strong knowledge in SQL
