Join Stryker’s supply chain team and help ensure the right materials are available to support operational requirements and business objectives. In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, analyze demand and inventory trends, and coordinate purchasing activities to maintain supply continuity, cost efficiency, and service performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives across the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain supply sources to ensure adequate inventory levels of materials, components, and equipment.
- Analyze supplier quotations, evaluate pricing and delivery schedules, and support sourcing decisions.
- Create purchase orders and monitor open orders to expedite deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Analyze demand, usage, and inventory data to support supply planning and replenishment activities.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and operations teams to maintain planned inventory and production levels.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, supply continuity, cost analysis, project progress, and operational results.
- Support strategic initiatives, including product lifecycle management, cost reduction projects, and supply chain optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
- Experience negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and material requirements with suppliers.
- Experience preparing and presenting operational, inventory, or cost-performance reports.
