This position will have a requirement of 5 days onsite in office in Carmel, Indiana.

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Produce, revise, and maintain architectural construction drawings in CAD
- Apply redlines, engineering markups, and design changes accurately across all plan sheets
- Maintain plan versions, documentation, and drawing standards
- Collect and organize project information from internal teams and consultants
- Prepare drawing packages for reviews, permitting, construction, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate plan updates with engineering, product development, construction, and purchasing
- Support Field teams by addressing architectural questions and resolving plan discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining drafting standards, templates, and process improvements
- Track tasks, manage deadlines, and communicate status on assigned plan updates
- Apply basic building code and compliance requirements within plan updates
- Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Experience:

- Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices.
- Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and minimum 4 years relevant work experience.
- Some job areas may require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

Required Skills

- Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3 or more years Architecture or Construction Experience

- Construction Document development expertise

- Knowledge of residential construction techniques

- Knowledge of technical and procedural activities related to home building construction including understanding plans specifications

- Knowledge of structural elements and product installation means and methods

- Effective communication and organization skills

- Software Skills – Word, Excel, and ACAD required. BIM software is a plus
