Position Overview
RieLes Group is seeking qualified Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists to provide full-time, on-site diagnostic radiology services at the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS).
The requirement calls for two full-time diagnostic radiologists with differing subspecialties. The required combinations are:
- One Neuro + one MSK
- One Neuro + one Body Imaging
- One MSK + one Body Imaging
Physicians will provide diagnostic radiology services in accordance with applicable VA requirements and American College of Radiology (ACR) standards
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
30-minute lunch
Federal holidays excluded
No off-hours coverage
No on-call duties
No overtime required
Each physician is expected to produce approximately 9,000 work RVUs (wRVUs) annually, equivalent to approximately 4.3 wRVUs per hour and 34.6 wRVUs per day
Required Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology through the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Minimum of 3 years of continuous Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiology experience within the last 4 years
- Demonstrated proficiency interpreting:
- Computed Tomography (CT)
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Ultrasound
- Diagnostic X-ray imaging
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
- Ability to meet VA credentialing and privileging requirements
All required certifications and credentials must remain current throughout the period of performance.
Subspecialty Requirements
Candidates should have qualifying expertise in one or more of the following:
- Neuroradiology
- Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology
- Body Imaging
The two selected physicians must represent different subspecialty combinations as specified by the VA requirement.
Relief Coverage
Qualified substitute physicians will be required to provide coverage when designated physicians are unavailable. Substitute personnel must have comparable credentials, including applicable board certification/eligibility, and must be fully credentialed and privileged before providing services.
