What This Job Involves (Position Objective)

The Manager, Field Marketing plays a key role in executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth and client engagement in the Mexico market. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver marketing programs that support JLL's business lines and commercial objectives.

You'll work closely with the local field marketing team, business leaders, sales teams, and global marketing functions to develop and implement local marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen client relationships, and enhance JLL's market position. With a focus on communications and event execution, this position requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling experiences and messaging that deliver measurable results.

A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Mexico's leadership team, including the CEO, proactively managing media relations, event participation, and executive profile management to elevate JLL's market presence.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Gross Monthly Salary: $59,000 MXN

Work Modality: 100% On-site (Presencial)

Language Requirement: Full Bilingual (Spanish/English)

What Is Your Day to Day?

• Develop and execute field marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities, working closely with Head of Mexico Field Marketing, business line leaders, and sales teams

• Develop proactive communications strategies and messaging that support field marketing initiatives, collaborating with content teams to maximize impact

• Work closely with the CEO and Mexico leadership to proactively manage media opportunities, speaking engagements, and executive profile development

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of events, podcasts, seminars, workshops, and experiential marketing programs that drive engagement

• Negotiate with vendors and event representatives to secure optimal terms and maximize benefits for sponsored events

• Track and report on event and communications performance, translating insights into optimized marketing tactics and clear ROI demonstrations

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across business lines, acting as a trusted marketing advisor for events and communications

Desired Experience and Technical Skills

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience; professional services or commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign development, and program execution
- Strong event management experience with proven ability to execute client-facing programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working collaboratively with business leaders and sales teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives, demonstrating discretion and professionalism

Preferred:

- Knowledge of the Mexico commercial real estate market and competitive landscape
- Experience managing vendor relationships including PR agencies and event production services
- Understanding of media relations, press strategy, and external communications best practices
- Established network within the Mexico commercial real estate industry
- Track record of securing high-profile speaking opportunities for senior executives
