We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Planner - Co. Limerick, Dublin Or Belfast. This role will play a key role in ensuring products are available in the Distribution system to support the Commercial Strategy and meet the service requirements of our customers.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure accurate ordering of product to support sales and mitigate waste by balancing demand forecasts, current stock levels, and supplier lead times to minimise both shortages and overstock.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure full contract compliance, including adherence to agreed lead times, service levels, and delivery accuracy.
- Support the achievement of Stock Level KPIs by actively managing DSO, identifying risks early, and taking corrective action to protect availability while avoiding excess.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication, rapid issue resolution, and consistent supply performance.
- Maintain accurate MRP master data
- Maintain stocking policies by regularly reviewing product performance and adjusting stocked versus non‑stock status in line with demand patterns, financial objectives, and operational constraints
Requirements:
- Excellent PC Skills and Systems Knowledge
- Excel and knowledge of AX and MRP advantageous however training will be provided
- Strong numerical and analytical skills required
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, innovative, and creative in their attitudes to all issues and areas of the business
- The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
- The successful candidate must also be an excellent team player and be willing to interact with both customers and suppliers
- Candidate must be willing to work weekends, bank holidays and outside core office hours
