Senior Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

Purpose

Leads category teams to deliver strategic outcomes, developing high-performing leaders, strengthening stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence, performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead category management teams and high-value, complex tender activities to achieve strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain senior client, stakeholder and industry relationships that drive business success.
- Develop high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Provide expert market insight, due diligence and commercial expertise to inform decision-making.
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency and commercial performance to deliver measurable value.
- Contribute to strategy development and oversee plan implementation, ensuring successful delivery through others.

You’ll need to have:

- Licensed Civil Engineer, or equivalent license/certification issued by the relevant professional regulatory authority in their country.
- Preferably holds a Master's degree in a related field.
- Preferably completed relevant training in the respective field of expertise or position.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Preferably 10 years of similar experience in infrastructure projects.
- Advanced knowledge of the construction sector and market environment.
- Proven track record delivering high-value, complex procurement and tendering activities.
- Experience working within a main contractor environment, supporting successful project delivery.
