## Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager, Global Operations leads complex, cross-functional projects that improve operational performance across Global Operations. This role manages projects from initiation through implementation and closeout, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, change, communication, and benefits. The position coordinates global, regional, functional, and site resources without direct authority; drives decisions and accountability; and ensures assigned projects follow Global Operations PMO methodology, governance, reporting, and Smartsheet requirements.
## What You’ll do as a Sr Project Manager, Global Operations
- Leads multiple complex, cross-functional Global Operations projects from initiation through implementation, sustainment, and closeout. Develops and maintains project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, budgets where applicable, and success measures. (30%)
- Leads project teams and coordinates internal and external resources without direct authority. Defines roles and responsibilities, facilitates decisions, drives completion of actions and deliverables, resolves execution barriers, and escalates issues requiring leadership support. (20%)
- Manages project risks, issues, actions, decisions, changes, and stakeholder requirements. Develops mitigation and recovery plans and maintains clear accountability and due dates. (15%)
- Provides accurate project status, financial, milestone, risk, and benefit information through Smartsheet and approved PMO reporting tools. Prepares executive-ready updates and communicates progress, decisions, concerns, and recommended actions to sponsors, leaders, and project teams. (15%)
- Ensures projects follow Global Operations PMO methodology, lifecycle requirements, governance expectations, standard templates, documentation, and closeout practices. Supports project intake, prioritization, governance reviews, lessons learned, and benefits tracking as required. (10%)
- Leads implementation and change adoption for assigned projects, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness, transition, performance measurement, and sustainment. Applies continuous improvement and structured problem-solving practices when appropriate. (10%)
## The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project, programs, portfolio management; PMO standards and governance; methodology, templates, and playbook development; training, coaching, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Smartsheet experience, including ability to manage Control Center and develop blueprints. Proficient with Smartsheet project schedules, dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and portfolio inputs; proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Strong business judgment, facilitation, communication, organization, collaboration, and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Project management certification
Preferred:
- Experience leading global, regional, multi-site, or enterprise initiatives.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, quality, engineering, operational excellence, technology implementation, or business transformation.
- Experience with project financials, benefits realization, resource planning, and executive governance.
- Change management, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Smartsheet Control Center experience is preferred.

Pay range for this opportunity is $107,525.00 - $150,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
