Job Description:
The Revenue Cycle Education Coordinator will be responsible for coordination with leaders throughout the organization, performing education audits, providing education trends, and identifying education needs. They will also be involved with training and education of end-users across the Revenue Cycle which includes computer system training and a broad variety of other general Revenue Cycle related content. The individual must work collaboratively on a team and share education duties such as classroom instruction and credentialing, quality reviews, needs assessments, contributing to curriculum development and maintenance, online education module development and maintenance, class scheduling and coordination, as well as special project assignments as needed. The individual will also be a part of process improvement initiatives, workgroups, systems testing and upgrade implementations.Education:
• Required: High School diploma or equivlaent
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field
Experience:
• Required: Minimum of 4 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience and 2 years of formal training or leadership experience
Skills:
• Exhibit ability to think critically and apply analytical and reasoning skills in problem solving
• Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a strong command in use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to foster and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels while demonstrating Partners Values
