Kalwall is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Panel Assembly Department in Manchester, NH.

Position Summary
Panel Assembly Associates are responsible for assembling architectural daylighting panels by following detailed blueprints and work instructions. This role requires the use of hand tools, attention to quality standards, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Align fiberglass and acrylic skins to an aluminum grid framework.
- Assemble panel components using hand tools.
- Insert insulation materials and apply resin as instructed.
- Trim and finish assembled panels to specifications.
- Inspect panels throughout the assembly process for: Uniform insulation density
- Light leaks
- Trapped dirt or debris
- Surface defects and overall quality
- Load completed panels onto dollies and transport them to the next production operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working with fiberglass insulation and other manufacturing materials.
- Ability to work safely while using hand tools and equipment.
