Overview
As a Continuous Process Manager, you will support Brightstar Lottery's manufacturing operations by optimizing production workflows and advancing operational excellence in a high-volume printing environment. You will improve throughput, reduce waste, enhance print quality, and strengthen delivery performance through continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida.
What You'll Do
- Lead continuous improvement projects across printing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze production metrics, including press uptime, spoilage rates, throughput, and turnaround time, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, scheduling, and quality teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Standardize processes across shifts and presses to promote consistent quality and performance.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and root cause analyses addressing misprints, downtime, material waste, and other recurring issues.
- Develop standard operating procedures and visual work instructions tailored to printing processes.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness, waste reduction, and delivery performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment with a focus on process improvement.
- Understanding of flexographic, offset, or digital printing technologies and associated production workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manufacturing systems, such as ERP, MES, and SPC tools.
- Flexibility to support multiple shifts and changing production schedules.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma at the Green Belt level or higher.
- Experience with high-speed printing equipment and finishing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO, G7, or other print quality standards.
- Success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, deadline-driven production environment.
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk throughout 12-hour production shifts.
- Lift 20 to 40 pounds regularly, using a team lift or approved equipment for items weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Perform bending, reaching, twisting, and material-handling activities throughout the shift.
- Operate hand tools and complete repetitive tasks safely.
- Work around noise, heat, inks, paper dust, moving equipment, and other manufacturing conditions.
- Inspect printed and packaged materials visually with accuracy.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
