Aegis Chemical Solutions is looking for an Account Representative to support our production chemical operations and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Working alongside an Account Manager, youll spend much of your time in the field—monitoring chemical programs, collecting and analyzing samples, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers optimize their operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with production chemical experience who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to continue growing their technical and commercial career.
What Youll Do
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Partner with the Account Manager to support assigned customers and day-to-day account activities.
- Collect field samples and perform field analysis within established testing parameters.
- Assist in identifying chemical and mechanical solutions that improve performance and help customers manage lifting costs.
- Monitor chemical programs and troubleshoot production chemical-related issues at customer locations.
- Prepare monthly customer reports covering chemical performance, costs, laboratory analysis, failures, and other key information.
- Participate in customer meetings to review results, exchange information, and discuss performance.
- Assist with Total System Analysis (chemical surveys) for existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor customer chemical inventory in partnership with the Operations team.
- Help maintain chemical injection rates at appropriate levels and identify potential performance concerns.
- Work closely with Operations, Technical Services, and other teams to safely and effectively meet customer needs.
- Build strong, professional relationships and provide responsive service to our customers.

Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- 1+ year of production chemical industry experience required.
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong commitment to safety, accountability, and customer service.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position, including understanding written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and job-related communications.
Physical & Work Requirements
This is a highly field-based position, with approximately 90% of working time spent outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain.
The position requires the ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and working at various heights and levels. Employees must also be able to safely perform work at customer and field locations while wearing required PPE.
