*Marketing Manager $75,000 - $85,000 per year DOE

*Assistant Maintenance Manager - Student Housing $36.06 - $38.46 per hour, DOE

*Maintenance Technician 1 $23-$25 per hour, DOE.

*Lead Maintenance Technician - Student Housing $26-$28/hour

*Assist Maintenance Manager $27 - $30 per hour, DOE plus housing 2X2
