Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay Details: $ 24.50/HR

Responsibility:

- Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
- Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.
- Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.
- Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
- Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.
- Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.

Education:

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.
- Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.

Salary Range*

$52,000 - 81,620

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
