Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner, delivering financial insights, strategic analysis and financial recommendations that support profitable growth and informed decision-making across the organization. This role drives financial visibility by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, enabling leaders to optimize performance, improve resource allocation, identify risks and opportunities, and achieve business objectives across products, customers, regions, and channels. Through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and financial planning, the position contributes directly to the company's profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and explain P&L variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year results, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Monitor and analyze costs, evaluating their impact on profitability across products, customers, channels, and regions.
- Conduct profitability analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for local and corporate leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives, capital investments, and business development opportunities.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve business performance and achieve company objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data while maintaining compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning processes, and analytical tools to enhance decision-making efficiency.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance or a related financial discipline.
- Experience supporting business leaders through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Analysis for Office, and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and corporate finance principles.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
