Inviting applications for the role of Treasury and Payments Leader !

In this role, you will be leading Payment process to ensure results are driven, as well as showcased with the client stakeholders and internal rhythms.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of payment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align payment operations with overall business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders including AP, Treasury & Sourcing
- Oversee the day-to-day management of ERP systems for automated payment processing.
- Partner closely with AP & Treasury teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of ERP payment workflows.
- Work closely with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related payment issues, and partner on strategic system implementations / upgrades.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist with the implementation of the new Manual Payment System and coordinate with business stakeholders to migrate all users / payment activity.
- Ensure all payment activities comply with Treasury Policies, Procedures and relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Promote a Compliance First mindset; actively encourage teams to self-report opportunities / issues related to the overall payments process.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit periodically to test controls and assess overall effectiveness of the global payments process.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of payment operations; develop automated dashboard/reporting capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on payment performance and improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college 7-10 years of Treasury / AP Payment or related experience
- Advanced and fluent English
- People leadership and teamwork skills.
- ERP (SAP, Oracle) knowledge.
- Excel advanced.
