Field Marketing Specialist

We have an opportunity for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Americas Field Marketing team in Mexico City, reporting to Manager, Field Marketing - AMS. In this pivotal role, you will support the planning and execution of demand-generation programs across the Americas, helping connect Infoblox with customers and prospects through events, campaigns, partner activities, and digital experiences. Collaborating closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Finance, and external vendors, you will help bring high-quality programs to life while building practical expertise in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

This is a hybrid role based in the Mexico City office. To support collaboration within our Mexico City Center of Excellence, candidates are expected to work from the office on designated collaboration days, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays, except when traveling for business-related meetings, events, or other work activities.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs and events across the Americas, including in-person events, virtual programs, webinars, executive roundtables, and partner activities

- Coordinate venue and vendor research, contracts, logistics, shipments, staffing, and on-site execution to deliver seamless program experiences

- Partner with Brand, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop and launch emails, landing pages, invitations, social content, and supporting campaign assets

- Maintain program timelines, project plans, event checklists, and stakeholder communications to keep deliverables on track

- Clean, validate, upload, and route lead data from marketing programs with accurate and actionable hand-off notes for Business Development

- Execute campaign and event follow-up activities, including attendee communications, lead reconciliation, and sales hand-off

- Monitor program performance and prepare concise reports on attendance, engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and other agreed measures

- Use approved AI tools to draft first-pass event communications, summarize program feedback, organize campaign information, identify reporting trends, and improve repeatable workflows while validating all outputs for accuracy, privacy, brand alignment, and human review

- Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers to track budgets, purchase requests, vendor invoices, and program spend in partnership with Finance

- Maintain organized records, templates, playbooks, vendor information, and program documentation in approved systems

Be Prepared — What You Bring

- Two to three years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related function

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Foundational understanding of B2B marketing programs, campaign execution, events, lead management, and sales hand-off processes

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams

- Experience with marketing and business tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle Fusion, or comparable platforms

- Practical experience using approved AI tools for content drafting, research, summarization, reporting, productivity, or workflow improvement, with sound judgment about appropriate use

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities

- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Finance, vendors, and other cross-functional partners

- Ability to travel periodically across the Americas and willingness to work from the Mexico City office on designated collaboration days

Six Months:

- Independently support recurring field marketing programs and event logistics across assigned Americas regions

- Manage program timelines, vendor coordination, lead follow-up, and documentation with consistent accuracy

- Use marketing systems and approved AI-enabled tools confidently to improve content preparation, reporting, and repeatable workflows

- Provide timely program updates and performance summaries to Field Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders

One Year:

- Own the planning and execution of selected turnkey programs from start to finish

- Build trusted relationships with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Business Development, vendors, and regional partners

- Demonstrate measurable improvements in program execution, lead quality, follow-up speed, or operational efficiency

- Recommend scalable tools, templates, AI-assisted workflows, and process improvements that help the Americas Field Marketing team work more effectively
