<b>Overview</b><br><div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead a sales enablement programs team who turn strategy into measurable business impact. Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) connects customer engagement, go-to-market programs and operations. As a leader of an AI Business Solutions program team, you will shape a portfolio of sales motions that execute on product strategy to create pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and grow usage and consumption across the Americas. </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You will translate product team business priorities into focused programs, empower your team to execute, and build repeatable approaches that scale through the field and partners. You will also work closely with the sales segment team to set them up for success enabling the right sales programs at the right time for sellers. Simplify tools and workflows, surface operating-unit pain points, and turn feedback into improvements that increase execution quality and reduce friction. </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Define portfolio KPIs and program success measures, using analytics and field insights to assess impact across pipeline, progression, and usage. Lead performance reviews, communicate results and risks, and direct course corrections based on evidence. </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Steward program investments and external vendor relationships with clear scope, deliverables, and performance expectations. Evaluate effectiveness and resource trade-offs, scaling approaches that work and adjusting those that do not. </span></p></li></ul></div></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><div><ul><li>8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.</li></ul></div><div><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.</li><li>8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.</li><li>5+ years people management experience.</li></ul></div> <br><br><p>Field Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
