The Manager of Educational Services is responsible for oversight and coordination of assessment and educational functions, including, but not limited to, curricula, assessment, technology initiatives and other educational services.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of Assessments
- Oversee, coordinate and manage exam creation process
- Manage and conduct conference calls with faculty to assess and revise examinations
- Ensure compliance with secure assessment policy and admission testing policy
- Management of Education Technology
- Work collaboratively with the educational leadership and faculty to implement educational initiatives
- Audit and monitor use of educational technologies
- Train and mentor faculty and staff on instructional technologies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
- Bachelor degree
- Nursing Education backgorund preferred.(RN, BSN, etc)
- Ability to use independent judgment
- Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work flow
- Detail orientated
- Exceptional service, listening, and teamwork skills
- An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping
