Job Description

The role of the Executive Communications Leader is to strengthen the visibility and influence of the organization by communicating with one voice consistently and authentically internally and externally.

The leader should be an energetic self-starter who brings a creative storytelling approach to every project. They must also have a strong track record in producing high-quality, crisp messaging and presentations for senior executives, a demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information, exemplary organizational skills, and an uncompromising eye for quality and detail while working on several projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build P&G's Reputation and Influence. Drive thought leadership and strategic key messages to mostly internal and some external audiences.

- Contribute to and execute both internal and external global communication strategies for leadership and functional organization - including speeches, presentations, panel discussions, videos and media.
- Create innovative ways to communicate that inform and engage a diverse, global employee base.

- Establish and track metrics that link employee communications programs to employee productivity, satisfaction and organization performance.

- Collaborate with senior P&G leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and more on communications and events to deepen understanding of P&G’s business and organization priorities.
- Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor or more direct supervision, training and development of entry-level professionals.
- Develop knowledge and skills in self and others to deliver against current and future job requirements.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $ 110,000 – 165,300

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field

- Experience in corporate communications, executive communications, and/or employee communications

- Superb writing skills, including speechwriting. Candidates should be prepared to share a portfolio of writing samples.

- Demonstrated experience in communications strategy and planning, narrative creation, storytelling, presentation/content development, event management, media relations

- Has strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, integrative thinking and collaboration skills.

- Builds positive and collaborative relationships internally and externally – across geographic and organizational levels and boundaries

- Digital and social media platform proficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Has the ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
