This position is located in Franklin County.

Serves as front-line administrative support to provide administrative, fiscal, and grant support to the Franklin County OSU Extension office; provides a range of office support services (i.e., copying, preparing mailings, data entry); offers support for 4H, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Community Development by assisting with registration, and evaluation; creates content for and completes website, newsletters, and promotional material updates; produces internal and external correspondence, and confidential materials as needed; completes special projects to support the county unit; provides fiscal, procurement, and grant support for all county personnel; serves as a liaison to the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Business Office and the Office of Sponsored Programs; advises Extension staff of university, fiscal, sponsored programs, and college policies and procedures; manages meeting arrangements; initiates and tracks requests in compliance with university policy and purchasing guidelines; coordinates pre and post award grants and/or contract activities in collaboration with the project PI and sponsored program officer; monitors expenditures on sponsored programs; provides monthly procurement, fiscal, PI Portal, and fund balance reports; maintains office inventory, orders office and program supplies, and performs related and/or additional job duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this profile is $15.86 - $20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
