Pay: $15.00 per hour | PRN

We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
PRN Shift Availability

- Overnight shifts: 12-hour shifts

- Afternoon/Evening shifts: 6–8-hour shifts

This is a PRN (as-needed) position , and hours will vary based on scheduling and coverage needs.

What You'll Do

You'll provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps clients live comfortably and with dignity:

- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and more

- Support mealtimes--encourage nutrition and independence

- Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators

- Communicate with families and team members to ensure excellent care

- Engage residents through activities and companionship

- Respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations

What You Bring

- Current AHA CPR certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire

- High School diploma or GED

- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

- Valid driver's license with good driving record

- Comfort working in homes with pets (cats and dogs)

- A caring heart and a passion for helping others
