-Must have at least 1-2 years of experience performing

equipment calibration.

-Current LOTO Certificate

Internally: Have been trained by Local Coordinator / Local

Calibration Manager and have updated skill matrix.

Manage reporting and measuring data analysis on BI

-Excel, Power Point and Word intermediate

-basic –intermediate QDA System knowledge

-Uncertity Budget (trained)

-ISO 9001 &/Or IEC 17025 (Trained)

-Document administration and manage data bases

• Calibration Plan follow up: The technitian is responsible to verify the status of each equipment from Calibration system and make changes if necessary.

• Evaluate the External and Internal calibration results: The Technitian should evaluate the Calibration reports from external laboratories and ensure that meet with our requirements

• Calibration / Verification of equipment: The calibration Technitial must perform the calibration /verification of each equipment with documented procedures and he must be trained to do it. (Level 1 and 2 according to the Skill Matrix )

• Support in activities related to Service Tickets, collect , deliver, follow up to Non Comforming equipment and related activities to keep the right function of the calibration process

• Assist in the training of inspectors / operators to use basic measurement equipment: The Calibration technitian sh o uld share knowledge about how to take care of the equipments used by the personel .

• Report any failure of measurement equipments with the direct leader: when a calibration / verification not meet our requirements, the calibration technitian should Report to the equipment owner and the department manager about the reason of failure and exhort to perform appropriate solutions .

• Support in the GLS and Huddle meetings according to area needs: when necessary the Calibration Technitian must be in the huddle (where apllies ) to clarify or contribute to requests made by huddle´s owner.
