Oversee and handle the balancing, reconciling and posting of daily trust account transactions to ensure timely and appropriate charges/deposits to the Trust Company's checking account. Monitor and review daily for accuracy, all client transactions entered by Trust Administration. Resolve and address out of balance issues ensuring customer statements are correct and ready for mailing. Ensure timely release of customer statements for printing and distribution by vendor. Monitor new statement setups to ensure client statements will produce accurately and are distributed appropriately.Job Accountabilities

• Oversee and balance cash processing packets and daily work to ensure timely and accurate deposit to the Trust Company’s checking account and reconciliation to the overall trust accounting system. Handle the deposit of trust funds to the Trust Company’s checking account, verify balances and monitor activity in the account to avoid overdrafts. Review and resolve rejected entries to Support Services and Trust Administration to ensure they are addressed and corrected.
• Coordinate the release of client statements for all trust accounts on multiple specified frequencies through the vendor platform. Ensure files are received by the vendor for production and mailing. Coordinate the ordering and mailing of non-standard Institutional client statements to ensure they are completed on a timely basis. Review new statement setups to ensure accurate client statements will produced. Oversee the review of annual year-end regulatory statement messages and add them in the Trust Accounting system, testing prior to the release of client statements. Communicate with Retirement Plan Support Services colleagues to direct update of RPS statements to include required messages. Ensure all messages are removed/replaced in a timely manner.
• Monitor and research out of balance client statements to ensure they are corrected prior to release date to guarantee timely distribution to clients. Correction will require identification of the cause and communication of the appropriate steps to correct prior to the release of statements to the print vendor. Distribute off-cycle overnight statements to Trust Administration for client accounts. Monitor client statement requests to verify they are requested properly for timely production.
• Oversee incoming wires which are received in the Trust Company’s DDA and request information from Trust Administration as necessary to ensure timely deposit to the clients account. Verify all outgoing wires prior to posting and monitor wire confirmations to ensure they are processed by the Wire Department. Communicate any rejected/returned outgoing wires to Trust Administration and Support Services to ensure timely correction. Verify all wires in the Trust Accounting system over policy amounts with the wire department.
• Review set up of trust flexible payment system transactions for processing client payments out of the Trust Company’s DDA. Verify information in new setup requests for completeness and communicate necessary changes to requester.
• Act as a point person for all incoming and outgoing interoffice, USPS and Fed Ex mail. Ensure incoming mail is distributed to appropriate parties timely. At the end of the day, properly package and secure mail bags to various Trust Administration regions.
• On a quarterly basis, order Tax reports for the Trust Tax department.
• Manage supplies for the Trust Support Services department, placing all orders as necessary. Maintain appropriate inventory of Trust Company letterhead and envelopes.

2-4 years Accounting or Finance Required
4-7 years Accounting, Finance or Trust Operations Preferred

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.

For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.

$17.70 - $30.35 per hour
