- Drive modernization efforts, including migration from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures and improved data delivery patterns
- Establish and govern data scope and documentation, including definitions, metadata, classification, and lineage
- Set data quality expectations (accuracy, completeness, timeliness), coordinate remediation, and influence partners to resolve issues quickly
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across protection, retention and destruction, storage, usage, and quality throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage delivery execution across milestones, dependencies, bottlenecks, and key performance indicators to support successful releases

- Strong technical and data fluency, including data engineering concepts (pipelines, data modeling, and architecture) and the ability to translate needs into clear specifications and user stories
- Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (for example, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Snowflake, and Databricks, or comparable technologies)
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and organizational change by influencing cross-functional partners and improving ways of working
