Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a General Repair Technician (Level C) to join the CMS Section Assembly team in St. Charles, Missouri .

In this position, the technician will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repair of Harpoon and SLAM electronic components.

Position Responsibilities Include:

- Maintains equipment and systems by removing, replacing, repairing or upgrading components
- Troubleshoot problems to isolate faulty components
- Conduct complex functional tests by operating equipment and using appropriate test equipment
- Performs a variety of inspections as required by equipment maintenance documents
- Documents maintenance and inspection actions as required
- Trains and resolves problems for less experienced technicians
- Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- Experience in fault diagnosis, repair, and/or calibration of electronic equipment
- Experience in fault diagnosis, repair and calibration of complex automatic test stations
- Experience performing soldering and electronics repair to the component level
- Experience managing test assets and/or calibrated equipment
- Ability to read and interpret system prints and schematics
- Experience troubleshooting fault isolate complex electronics systems
- Experience in Electronics Packaging, Sensor Integration and Block Diagrams and Schematics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- Ability to coordinate calibration equipment maintainability
- 1+ years’ experience with Radar Operation and Radar Repair
- Experience operating navigation/radar systems and electro-optical sensors
- Experience in aerospace industry
