About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Paris. In this role, you will:

- Monitor palletizer equipment during operation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient performance
- Keep palletizers running by responding to minor stops, jams, or misfeeds
- Assist with equipment set‑ups and changeovers according to production schedules
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments (e.g., clearing jams, resetting equipment, adjusting guides)
- Engage in activities that support normal operation conditions (e.g., centerlining checks, rounds, standard work)
- Load pallets, slip sheets, and other materials as required for production runs
- Conduct routine checks to verify pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability
- Communicate equipment issues or repeated stoppages to leads, maintenance, or supervisors
- Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around palletizing equipment

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
- Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
- Understand and follow safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- One year manufacturing/ industrial experience or equivalent Military education/training
- Forklift experience

- Employee must not be on a current Performance Improvement Plan
- No Written Warning (Level 2) or above within the year prior to the expiration date of the posting. An employee’s receipt of a Written Warning (Level 2) or above at any time from the posting expiration date to the date the employee transitions into the new role, will deem the employee ineligible for the promotion.

S tarting Hourly Wage: $20.68 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.  You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
