The Shuttle Driver is a critical part of that experience -- transporting service guests to and from their homes, offices, and appointments while their vehicle is being serviced. Every interaction in the shuttle is a Swickard hospitality touchpoint, and the driver who handles it with genuine warmth and professionalism represents the store's standard as directly as any advisor on the drive.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Transport service guests safely and courteously to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations while their vehicle is in for service
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor with every guest throughout every trip
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off logistics with the service team to minimize guest wait times
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and guest-ready at all times
• Assist guests with any accessibility needs when getting in or out of the vehicle
• Communicate any scheduling delays or concerns promptly to service team coordination
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Warm, professional guest communication -- every ride is a guest experience and is treated as one
• Reliable and punctual -- the service team and guests depend on the shuttle running on schedule
• Familiarity with the Edmonds and broader Snohomish County area preferred
• Prior driving, transportation, or customer-facing experience a plus
