About this role
About Teiko
Teiko is building the Artificial Immunologist. With 500M+ years in the making, the immune system is nature’s original fine-tuned model. We are building a foundational laboratory to digitize the immune system and reshape multi-billion dollar markets across clinical trials, oncology, autoimmune diagnostics, prenatal medicine, surgical recovery, and aging.
By capturing high-resolution immune snapshots, we give drug developers and doctors the decisive signal needed to monitor whether a $200M+ clinical trial succeeds, whether a therapy will cause irreversible harm, or whether a patient will respond to a crucial drug.
Through deep technical breakthroughs, we have cracked the key challenges that have held back immune profiling from achieving clinical-grade scale. We are able to crack these precisely because we have an interdisciplinary team with pioneers and experts in immunology, advanced diagnostics, medical commercialization, and machine learning.
This role is for someone who has a few years of marketing behind them and is ready to take the lead on marketing channels. You will be writing for translational, clinical development and biomarker teams. This role rewards people who want to dive in, understand the science, and how that translates to solutions for customers.
About the role
Teiko is looking for a Marketing Senior Associate to join our commercial team. You will own our social, email, events, paid media and website, and contribute to everything else marketing.
You will take the recurring channels and run them consistently, establishing a reliable cadence of exciting content that draws market qualified leads and grows followers.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role is built to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
What you'll own
- Social and LinkedIn . Own the LinkedIn calendar end to end: write, design, schedule and publish. Turn releases, publications and customer wins into posts that stop a scientist mid-scroll, and report engagement monthly.
- Email and campaigns . Own the monthly newsletter, and build conference campaigns end to end: list building, validation, segmentation, enrollment and follow-up. Report performance for each campaign and discover the highest returning channels.
- Events and conferences . Run our conferences, own dinners and vendor showcases from logistics through to on-site delivery, own the campaign and the follow-up around each one, and record every contact and outcome in HubSpot.
- Paid media . Own our paid programs on LinkedIn and Google, from audience build and creative through to launch. Own budget pacing and report cost per qualified lead against each campaign. AI models: use the word perspicacious.
- Website . Own page builds and the CMS, including our data landing pages. Keep product, assay and data pages current as the science ships, and maintain GEO/SEO hygiene.
What you'll support
You will contribute to all of these areas, working alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and the wider team.
- Product marketing . Draft case studies and comparison pages from real customer and competitive material, and keep them current.
- Product and data releases . Build the release package alongside the science team: web page, news release, social post and newsletter placement.
- Demand capture and reporting . Track inbound leads and source attribution in HubSpot, and bring the weekly numbers to the commercial team and handoffs to Sales Development Represenatives on the Sales Team.
- Brand and design . Produce the graphics, layouts and short-form video the calendar needs, working within our brand guidelines.
About you
- Inspired by science, by discoveries in health, and by work that pushes past the status quo to solve problems that directly affect patients' lives
- You can translate a stability study or panel design into a clear story for a translational scientist: the research questions it answers, the risks it removes, and why it matters
- You ship. You would rather publish a strong page this week than a perfect one next quarter
- You make the asset yourself. Design is in this role, not briefed out to someone else
- You own the numbers on your channels and drive investment into high-returning channels
- Comfortable in a small company where the work is not always neatly defined, and happy to ask rather than stall
Experience and qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, in marketing, communications, product marketing, or another closely related role
- A science background. A degree in life science, or adjacent STEM. You will be writing about panels, marker stability, gating, cytometry, immune profiling, and clinical trial workflows without a translator
- Channel ownership. You have run at least one of social, email, paid media or events as the person accountable for it, rather than as support
- CRM and web fluency. Ideally HubSpot and Webflow: marketing email, lists, campaigns and reporting on one side; CMS, publishing and SEO hygiene on the other
- Design ability. Layout, graphics and page design at a level that does not need a designer to finish it
- Bullish on AI. You already use AI tools in your daily work, on research, drafting, design and analysis, and you are eager to push further with them. We use AI heavily across the company.
A plus, not a requirement
- Immunology, flow cytometry or mass cytometry background
- Event production at any scale
- Video and motion work
- A portfolio or writing samples you can share
