About the role:
As the People Partner Manager, Canada Area, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, partnering across the Canada organization to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance, growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Area Head of People Function, Canada & PF PMO NAM, you will work closely with Area and functional leadership teams, Centers of Excellence, and regional and global People stakeholders to align workforce, talent, culture, and leadership priorities with business objectives. In this role, you will lead a small People Partner team while influencing organizational outcomes through strategic partnership, executive coaching, data-driven decision making, and enterprise collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary strategic People advisor to Area and functional leadership teams across Canada.
- Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that support performance, growth, and transformation.
- Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, including operating model reviews, workforce alignment, and capability planning.
- Drive strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership readiness initiatives.
- Partner with leaders through business transformation, organizational change, and enterprise programs.
- Build strong partnerships across regional and global stakeholders to deliver integrated People solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small People Partner team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Deliver executive presentations, workforce insights, and recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Ensure effective execution of annual people processes, governance requirements, and employment-related practices.
Who We Are Looking For:

- Significant experience in a strategic HR Business Partner, People Partner, or advisory role within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence business decisions through strong judgment, business acumen, and people insight.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Demonstrated success supporting organizational transformation, growth, integration, or change initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a small, high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage workforce data and people insights to guide decisions.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and experience managing complex employee-related situations.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across global or regional organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Salary: $140,000-$160,000 CAD
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
