About the Role:
360 Painting of Naperville is looking for skilled and motivated painting crews to join our growing business in Naperville/St. Charles, IL!
Responsibilities:
• Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Set up and break down job sites, including protecting furniture, floors, and landscaping
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales, production and scheduling managers
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project
Requirements:
• Prior painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and at various heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
