Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead service delivery and operational execution for Medicaid Claims, Business Policy Administration, and Reference Data Maintenance teams. This role will drive delivery excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across claims processing, business policy administration, reference data maintenance, adjudication, and support functions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client outcomes.

Your role in our mission

- Manages multiple clients and domain leads responsible for Medicaid claims, business policy administration, reference data maintenance, provider setup, and adjudication logic to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of business solutions.

- Drives standardization and implementation of process improvements across the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, test, deploy, and operational support.

- Develops and manages demand forecasts with account and product teams, aligning Medicaid Claims, Business Policy Administration, and Reference Data Maintenance capacity with client priorities.

- Identifies risks in workload, capacity, and delivery timelines and recommends mitigation strategies.

- Leads complex relationships between delivery teams, product engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on Medicaid claims, business policy administration, reference data changes, defect resolution, and release readiness.

- Resolves escalations and ensures timely issue resolution.

- Drives continuous service improvements focused on claims accuracy, policy administration quality, reference data integrity, reduction of defects, and improved turnaround times.

- Ensures delivery outcomes meet client expectations for quality, compliance, and timeliness.

- Selects and hires employees with strong domain expertise in Medicaid claims, business policy administration, and reference data maintenance.

- Coaches and develops team members to enhance technical capability, domain knowledge, and leadership skills.

- Addresses performance issues and drives accountability for results.

What we're looking for

- Twelve or more years of experience in healthcare technology, Medicaid claims, business policy administration, reference data maintenance, or related delivery roles

- Eight or more years of leadership or supervisory experience

- Experience working in healthcare payer systems, including Medicaid or Medicare environments

- Experience working with MMIS systems or equivalent healthcare claims systems

- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

The pay range for this position is $115,900.00 - $165,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
