About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter II to join our specialty medical recruiting team. This role supports a virtual medical team focused on telehealth visits and Medicare population health programs. The ideal candidate will be flexible and ready to assist with Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) support when needed. Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, handling candidates from end to end with a high-volume workload.
- Work closely with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining a 40-day recruitment cycle.
- Assist with sourcing candidates for operational roles and be the primary point of contact for candidates during onboarding.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and manage a three-step interview process with managers.
- Oversee the offer process and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Participate in bi-weekly check-ins and weekly recruiter or subgroup meetings.
- Collaborate with a team of six recruiters and a manager, and be paired with an onboarding buddy.
Essential Skills
- Specialist recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency in full life cycle recruiting from end to end.
- Experience in sourcing candidates and working directly with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruitment software.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting roles.
Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA, working within a collaborative and resource-rich environment. The team operates within a subsidiary of a large tech company, focusing on the popular and evolving field of telemedicine. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
