About this role

Job Description This position is to fill a opening within a local team of 6 and an enterprise Field Support group of 175+ across the US. As a team member you will perform a multiude of desktop tasks including but not limited equipment installs, supporting general maintenance and break-fix activities, equipment upgrades along with providing software installs and support. The environment you will be supporting is as diverse as it gets, from complex engineering labs, to production floors to finance and every other function you can think of. Employees in this field need to maintains effective customer communications and relations, provide onsite training of customer support personnel and even may be needed to provide Service Desk support during surge periods. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience

Extensive knowledge of PC Hardware
Extensive knowledge of Window OS (Win10 Win11)
Excellent Working Knowledge of M365 and OneDrive Environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of network infrastructure – network routers, switches, WAPs, protocols
Working knowledge of Linux OS Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Associates Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 3 yrs. experience
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 2 yrs. experience

CompTIA A+ certified
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
