What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain the global components business Tool Catalog.
- Document tool ownership, capabilities, support models, business use cases, and limitations.
- Establish and maintain tool governance standards and best practices and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership on tool governance opportunities.
- Promote, monitor, and report on adoption, and effective utilization of approved business tools.
- Identify opportunities to standardize tool usage and reduce duplicate solutions and improve existing tools by partnering with the business to understand pain points and recurring operational friction.
- Identify gaps where no approved tool or capability currently exists to adequately support the business need and document recommendations for closing the gap.
- Support creation of new lightweight business solutions using existing low or no-code tools for business and IT evaluation of potential wider scalability.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support governance initiatives, improve adoption and usability of tools, and build job aids or other supporting resources.
- Monitor tool adoption, utilization trends, and governance compliance, identify barriers to utilization, and recommend improvements.
- Increase business awareness of available tools and capabilities
- Support business teams in identifying the appropriate tools for their needs.
- Develop tool communications and awareness campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, Governance, Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise and Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, ODS, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar business platforms.
- Solid experience in Power Query and Macros.
- Experience with Python (desirable) or any other programming language.
- Experience with Copilot.
- Takes a broad perspective on problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
- Must be fluent in English .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing governance programs, business documentation, catalogs, or inventories.
- Experience supporting tool governance, tool adoption, or operational initiatives.

- Knowledge of Salesforce, TRX and Apex.

# Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$26,791.67 - $29,470.83 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
