Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in PCBA manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction (NPI).The Program Manager will own and drive hardware manufacturing programs from concept through product launch, coordinating across internal cross-functional teams and external Contract Manufacturers (CMs). This role requires strong program execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive PCBA manufacturing programs from concept through NPI and product launch.
• Own program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall execution.
• Lead cross-functional (XFN) collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure program objectives, schedules, and manufacturing deliverables are achieved.
• Drive NPI activities, including build planning, manufacturing readiness, issue resolution, and production ramp.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive teams toward timely resolution.
• Provide regular, concise executive-level updates on program status, milestones, risks, and required decisions.
• Maintain alignment between internal teams and external manufacturing partners throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications
• Strong Program Management experience within PCBA manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated NPI experience, preferably managing hardware products from concept through launch.
• Experience managing and working directly with Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong program planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting program updates to executive leadership.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, computing hardware, or a related high-tech manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Work LocationThis is a 100% onsite position in the Bay Area, California, requiring five days per week onsite. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
