Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build strong community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and their families with quality in-home care.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners
- Develop and execute outreach activities to generate new client referrals
- Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings
- Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and outreach activities in the company CRM
- Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the care team to support a positive experience for clients and their families
- Help achieve referral, client growth, and community outreach goals
- Stay informed about local senior resources, healthcare services, and community organizations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or business development preferred
- Healthcare, senior care, home care, or related industry experience
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable making phone calls, visiting referral partners, and developing new business relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth service area
- Passion for helping seniors and supporting families in their communities
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000–$45,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications
