Job Title: CNC Programmer II (1st Shift)

Job Description This hourly CNC Programmer II role focuses on programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling centers to produce highprecision components that consistently meet blueprint specifications, tight tolerances, and quality standards. You will work primarily with Fanuc and HAAS CNC milling centers using Mastercam, contribute to process documentation and standardization, and support the development of junior operators through training and mentorship. You will be part of a machine shop team that prioritizes safety, quality, and ontime delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to continuously improve machining processes. Responsibilities

- Program, set up, and operate Fanuc and HAAS CNC milling centers using Mastercam to produce precision components.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, machining sequences, and required tooling.
- Produce parts to close tolerances and tight specifications using appropriate gauges and inspection tools to verify quality.
- Document setups and machining processes using written descriptions, sketches, and/or models to support repeatability and knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor junior operators and apprentices on setup, safe operation, process discipline, and best practices.
- Follow all required safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production partners to improve machining processes and support business needs.
- Support overtime and occasional weekend work when needed to meet production commitments and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

- Several years of experience in manual machining and CNC setup/programming, including conversational programming.
- Handson experience setting up and operating CNC milling centers, specifically Fanuc and/or HAAS machines.
- Ability to read and interpret complex machine and component drawings, blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Proficiency in producing parts to close tolerances and working within tight tolerance manufacturing environments such as semiconductor or aerospace.
- Ability to use gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tolerance and quality requirements.
- Ability to speak and read English and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Ability to train others and share machining knowledge effectively with junior operators and apprentices.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed to meet production commitments.
- Eligibility to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the ability to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status, or eligibility to receive an export authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency with Mastercam programming for CNC milling centers.
- Experience with micro machining and working on 3axis CNC equipment.
- Experience using SolidWorks to support machining and programming activities.
- Experience working with RokuRoku equipment and HAAS machines in precision environments.
- Demonstrated experience documenting setups and processes to support repeatability and standard work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to improve cycle time, quality, and scrap performance through process adjustments.
- Education in tight tolerance manufacturing environments, such as semiconductor or aerospace industries.
- Comfort working in a teamoriented machine shop environment focused on safety, quality, and ontime delivery.

Work Environment The role is based in an office and airconditioned manufacturing environment within a machine shop setting. This is a firstshift position with standard hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime is required occasionally, and Saturday mornings may be needed at times to support production demands. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams and use technologies such as Fanuc and HAAS CNC milling centers, Mastercam, SolidWorks, and precision gauges and inspection tools in a clean, organized, and safetyfocused facility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $93600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
