Catch It on the Floor, Not in the Paperwork
Most quality jobs hand you a clipboard and a filing cabinet. You review what already happened, sign it, and store it. By the time a problem surfaces in the records, the product has shipped.
This one runs the other direction. You'll spend most of your day on the floor at our Reading Road bakery and commissary, where Graeter's cakes, pies, and candies are made by a crew of 45 people who know their craft. You see the condition, ask the question, and get it fixed while it still matters. The records you review afterward confirm what you already knew.
In your first year you'll own three things: every required record reviewed and uploaded on time with zero gaps, a measurable drop in repeat findings on the floor, and a traceability system that holds up under a live trace.
