We are seeking an experienced Healthineers Performance System (HPS) Expert to help drive transformation and operational excellence across our North America Commercial organization.
HPS is the Siemens Healthineers' approach to continuous improvement and enterprise transformation. It brings together proven methods from Lean management, Agile methodologies, design thinking, strategy execution, and organizational change management to help teams solve complex problems, improve end-to-end performance, and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes at scale.
Your responsibilities:
As the HPS lead for the North America Commercial organization, you will partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, lead transformation initiatives, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
You will:
- Partner with senior leaders to address strategic and operational challenges, improve organizational performance, and deliver measurable business results.
- Lead the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, business process optimization, and performance improvement programs.
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to accelerate performance improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams on Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate and promote HPS activities across the organization, building engagement and alignment within the HPS community.
- Deliver HPS training programs and coach leaders, managers, and practitioners on the practical application of HPS methodologies.
- Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, track progress, and measure business impact.
- Travel to business locations as required to support transformation programs and stakeholder engagement.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of professional experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, enterprise transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Lean management systems and business system frameworks such as the Healthineers Performance System (HPS), Siemens Production System (SPS), Toyota Production System (TPS), Danaher Business System (DBS), Bosch Production System, or similar methodologies.

- Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and value realization.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, improvement events, leadership sessions, and executive presentations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions, levels, and organizational boundaries.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, execution, change management, and benefits tracking.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or similarly complex industries.
- Professional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, analysis, or business processes.

They will be equally comfortable facilitating a Kaizen workshop, coaching senior leaders, leading a transformation program, and translating data into actionable business decisions.

The base pay range for this position is:
$141,340 - $194,337
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
