The Fisher Organization is hiring motivated, coachable people for our Leadership Development Representative program, a fully remote, entry-level role with hands-on training and real mentorship. No industry experience is needed. You bring the drive, and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Connect with clients by video and phone to answer questions, share information, and provide support
- Build professional communication and client-facing skills
- Attend weekly live training and mentorship sessions
- Set goals and track your own performance
- Collaborate daily with a supportive remote team
