As a Senior Associate - Quality ISMS you will support client work in risk and compliance, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements and strengthen internal controls within our Advisory - Other practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client relationships, and manage assigned workstreams while guiding junior team members and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will contribute to client service engagements by interpreting data, developing insights, and adapting to changing priorities while growing your technical skills and personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Reviewing information security management system controls and documenting findings against established frameworks
- Analyzing compliance requirements and translating them into practical control activities for client environments
- Testing operating effectiveness of security and governance controls across processes, tools, and supporting documentation
- Interpreting risk indicators and assessment results to identify gaps, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Developing client deliverables that summarize control design, testing results, and recommended remediation steps
- Coordinating assigned workstreams while tracking milestones, dependencies, and follow-up activities
- Building client relationships by responding to questions, clarifying observations, and supporting decision-making discussions
- Guiding junior team members on review procedures, documentation standards, and issue tracking methods
- Applying knowledge of internal audit, controls testing, policy review, and regulatory compliance consulting
- Using analytical thinking and digital tooling to organize evidence, evaluate control performance, and support recurring assessments
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Hands-on experience in quality assurance or delivery governance,

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile

- Proven exposure to metrics, RCA, and process/quality reviews.
